Powered by our self-developed Epic Eye Laser L 3D camera, the system delivers clear imaging even under 120,000 Lux direct sunlight and handles highly reflective PE materials with ease. With a working distance of 1200–3000 mm, it adapts to a wide range of applications, from machine tending and assembly to palletizing and depalletizing.
Smart and Fast Recognition
Backed by a deep learning algorithm library, the system enables dynamic identification of six hub models with fast switching between types. It runs the algorithm map within 2.1 seconds and accurately detects workpiece type, orientation, and triggers error-proofing alerts when needed.
Flexible and Efficient Execution
A single gripper is compatible with hubs of different sizes—from 65 mm to 75 mm+ inner diameters, ensuring stable gripping through a dynamic preloading adjustment module. Parallel computing technology allows robot motion and secondary vision scanning to run simultaneously, significantly reducing cycle times and boosting throughput.
