Its 3D vision can calculate the exact pose and posture of up to 40 workpieces in a single scan, keeping the average visual processing time per compressor within 4.5 seconds. This means the robot, under the precise command of its “brain,” can operate almost continuously, driving the entire production process toward greater speed and productivity.

While maintaining high speed, the system ensures excellent precision. Its 3D vision achieves a positioning accuracy of ±1 mm. Even at a working distance exceeding 1.6 meters, this millimeter-level insight guarantees every robotic action is accurate and reliable. It prevents production interruptions or material damage caused by positioning errors, ensuring a smooth and stable workflow.
