Workflow
Based on the actual production requirements of the project, Migration Technology uses the 3D industrial camera as the core, deeply collaborating with the robotic arm to build a fully automated depalletizing system covering "photography - recognition - positioning - grasping - unloading," featuring flexible deployment and convenient operation.
Trigger Photography: When the material stack is in place, the system automatically triggers the 3D camera to accurately capture the top layer of totes, quickly collect tote pose information, and generate clear point cloud data. Algorithm Processing: Using the self-developed ATOM algorithm platform, point cloud data preprocessing and pose correction are quickly completed, accurately outputting the position coordinates of each tote, ensuring no positioning deviation. Precision Grasping: The camera transmits pose information to the robotic arm in real time, guiding the gripper to precisely position on the tote handles, enabling stable grasping and avoiding box damage. Efficient Operation: Supports seamless switching between two stacks. The robotic arm alternately depalletizes two material stacks, with the cycle fully adapting to on-site production requirements, achieving efficient continuous operation.
