01 Project Solution



The system features a novel “One-camera + two-station” architecture: a 3D camera mounted on a mobile module flexibly switches between left and right depalletizing stations. Once a forklift places the pallets in the designated area, the system kicks into action:



  • The camera precisely locates the pallet and captures the data of the stack dimensions (1400×1150×2200mm).

  • It outputs the bag pose information with ±1mm accuracy in real time.

  • The robot arm, guided by the vision system, depalletizes each bag with ±3 mm picking accuracy. 

  • Every cycle is completed in under 6 seconds — running seamlessly across both stations.
