It provides precise data support for weld seam localization and welding path planning, ensuring stable, high-quality welding results.
Compared with conventional imaging methods, structured light solutions project high-brightness DLP grating patterns and calculate 3D profiles through pattern deformation analysis. This enables the camera to generate consistent sub-millimeter point cloud data across workpieces with varied materials and reflective characteristics. Featuring fast scanning, sharp imaging and precise localization, the system captures wide-range 3D information efficiently, making it well-suited for large-scale workpiece welding and overall welding productivity improvement.
