Transfer Tech's New Epic Eye Laser M V3 Debuts at Kyushu's Largest Manufacturing Exhibition
Transfer Tech’s Japanese partner showcased the new-generation all-scenario 3D industrial camera, Epic Eye Laser M V3, at "Solution ExPo2026", Western Kyushu’s largest comprehensive manufacturing exhibition.
At Western Kyushu’s premier comprehensive manufacturing exhibition "Solution ExPo2026" in July 2026, Transfer Tech’s Japanese partner presented our new-generation all-scenario 3D industrial camera, the Epic Eye Laser M V3. Marking the model’s first public showcase across Japan, the booth highlighted Transfer Tech's technological achievements and all-scenario solution capabilities in the field of 3D industrial vision to manufacturing customers.
The Epic Eye Laser M V3 on display is Transfer Tech’s latest indoor/outdoor universal 3D industrial camera. Equipped with an integrated five-mode imaging architecture newly developed by our team, the unit integrates five imaging modalities: strip structured light, oscillating line scan, fixed line scan, three-channel video streams and passive binocular imaging. Operators can freely switch between all modes via software based on actual site conditions. Boasting high resistance to intense light up to 600,000 lux, the camera delivers stable performance under direct outdoor sunlight. It also produces high-quality 3D point clouds when scanning challenging materials including transparent parts, high-gloss surfaces and dark reflective workpieces.
Boasting output of 8MP colored 3D point clouds and 48MP 2D color imagery, the camera offers freely configurable multi-resolution modes and delivers real-time 2D video streams at up to 100 fps. Built around an integrated hardware-software architecture, it integrates on-board edge processing to execute all core vision tasks independently, requiring no external industrial PC, which substantially lowers system integration and ongoing maintenance expenses for manufacturers.
Centered on key industrial themes including smart manufacturing advancement and production line automation upgrades, the expo draws participants covering local automotive manufacturers, electronic component makers, logistics & warehousing operators and precision machining enterprises, as well as system integrators and tech suppliers. It acts as a core hub across Western Japan’s manufacturing industry for technical exchanges, project matching and deep discussions on industry trends. At the expo, Transfer Tech’s booth drew numerous manufacturing visitors from Japan and other Asian countries. Professional attendees spoke highly of the camera’s versatile performance across all environments and its high-precision 3D imaging output for challenging materials. Several potential partners held in-depth talks regarding on-site deployment and commercial cooperation, with overwhelmingly positive feedback received throughout the show.
