Pixel Mini Makes Its Official Debut
At this year’s AMTS exhibition, Transfer Technology officially unveiled its groundbreaking product — the Epic Eye Pixel Mini industrial 3D camera. Featuring an ultra-compact footprint equivalent to the size of a smartphone, the camera weighs merely 800g and delivers VDI/VDE-certified measurement accuracy of 0.1 mm @ 0.5m. With a fast acquisition speed of 0.2 seconds and ultra-low average power consumption of 4.5W, it delivers prominent application advantages in precision processing, complex working conditions and confined-space scenarios.

Equipped with precise scanning and pose correction capabilities, Transfer Technology’s 3D vision system effectively addresses common on-site challenges, including randomly placed ultra-thin parts, front and back orientation differentiation, and multi-layer stacked workpieces. It enables robots to achieve high-precision positioning and assembly of automotive seat components in complex states, greatly improving automated assembly accuracy and overall production efficiency.

Tailored for the multi-spec production of automotive battery cells, Transfer Technology’s 3D vision guidance system supports batch picking and positioning placement. It operates stably with partition plates and spacer layers present, ensuring continuous and efficient picking. The system can quickly adapt to new product specifications without manual contact with battery cells, effectively reducing cell damage rates.
3D Vision-Guided Picking of Metal Round Bars
The on-site Epic Eye Laser L 3D camera delivers accurate identification of workpieces inside deep material bins. Boasting excellent ambient light resistance and strong adaptability to high-reflective metal surfaces, it supports precise robotic picking from deep bins with a bin clearance rate of 99.9%, fully meeting the automated feeding requirements for various metal parts.
