The Pixel Mini achieves a VDI/VDE measurement accuracy of 0.1 mm @ 0.5 m, ranking top in imaging precision among peer baseline cameras. It generates accurate, complete, high-clarity point cloud data for various workpieces, adapting to random stacking, fine surface textures, and moderately reflective surfaces.

In actual customer deployments, the camera maintains stable recognition accuracy within ±0.2 mm. Ultra-high positioning precision improves overall productivity and reduces rework and downtime caused by positioning deviations.

2.5-second Full Vision Scan & Detection

With a minimum 3D point cloud acquisition time of 0.2 seconds, the Pixel Mini outperforms most competing products. In real-world projects, the full scan-and-detection process is completed within 2.5 seconds.
