The solution leverages high-precision 3D vision to guide robotic collaborative operation, realizing fully automated, unmanned workpiece handling.

Once activated, the Epic Eye laser 3D camera completes full-scene imaging of the 1200×1200mm tray within 2.8 seconds, accurately identifying tightly stacked motor housings with 6 layers and 4 workpieces per layer. The embedded intelligent algorithm calculates the optimal robotic gripping pose in 1.5 seconds, enabling stable pick-and-place operation with a consistent accuracy of ±1.5 mm throughout the entire process, requiring zero manual intervention.

Severe High-Reflection Interference

Motor housings feature smooth metallic surfaces that generate strong specular reflection. Traditional vision systems fail to capture complete and effective point cloud data, resulting in recognition failures and positioning deviations.

The deep learning algorithm independently identifies stacked workpiece states and dynamically optimizes robotic moving and gripping paths. It intelligently avoids stacking obstacles and dead zones, achieving an ultra-high tray clearing rate of 99.9% and ensuring smooth continuous picking.

Anti-Vibration Reinforced Structural Design

The camera adopts industrial aluminum profile brackets and chemical bolt fixed installation. The customized shock absorption structure effectively isolates workshop vibration interference, locking visual calibration parameters permanently and maintaining long-term stable positioning accuracy in harsh environments.
