Customized Solution

High-precision 3D Vision Hardware

Equipped with the in-house developed Epic Eye Laser L industrial laser 3D camera, the system delivers an ultra-high ±0.5 mm recognition accuracy. It can stably capture high-quality complete point cloud data of highly reflective metal pipe fittings, eliminating recognition interference caused by surface reflection and ensuring accurate workpiece positioning.

Intelligent Anti-collision Gripping Algorithm

The self-developed AI vision algorithm independently calculates and optimizes the robotic gripping path. It effectively avoids collision and interference between densely stacked pipe fittings, ensuring smooth, stable and continuous single-piece gripping operation.

Efficient Multi-specification Adaptation

The system is compatible with 17 existing pipe fitting specifications. New product models can be quickly imported and adapted within 1 hour, greatly reducing manual debugging time and meeting flexible production iteration needs.

Seamless Automated Workflow

The vision system achieves perfect docking and coordinated operation with FANUC industrial robots. It realizes full closed-loop automation from workpiece scanning, pose calculation, gripping guidance to finished loading, thoroughly unlocking production line capacity.
