The production line requires continuous feeding of bulk materials into reactors and hoppers. Conventional manual depalletizing and bag handling processes suffer from low throughput, potential safety risks, dust pollution, and high labor costs.
By adopting Transfer Technology’s 3D vision-guided robotic solution, manual depalletizing operations can be fully automated. Cooperating with bag breakers and automatic bag opening equipment, the system realizes automated material feeding into reactors and silos, significantly reducing manual intervention, cutting labor expenses, and boosting overall production efficiency.

Point Cloud Data: Stable Recognition Rate of 99.9%
This project is equipped with the Epic Eye D-L 3D camera and Epic Handling vision system to support automated depalletizing operations. The applicable pallet measures 1.3 m × 1.3 m with a maximum stack height of 2 m. The system adapts to four types of bag workpieces with distinct surface patterns.
Capable of long-term stable and continuous operation on site, the solution achieves a steady bag recognition rate of 99.9% in actual production scenarios.
