On a production line of a chemical enterprise, drums filled with solid adhesive serve as core production materials. Each fully loaded drum weighs up to 50kg, and semi-filled drums are also frequently involved in daily production. Traditional manual handling suffers from low efficiency and potential safety hazards. Moreover, drums are placed unfixed on material trolleys and machine platforms, making conventional blind robot grabbing completely infeasible. Enabling robots to perceive, accurately locate, and complete subsequent precise air pipe docking has become the core bottleneck restricting full-process automation.
