The solution uses the Epic Eye Laser L industrial 3D camera and adaptive control algorithms to achieve dual technical indicators of ±0.5 mm recognition accuracy and ±3 mm gripping accuracy, solving the precise loading and unloading challenge of mixed production of multiple wheel hub models.

Advanced Device Layer

• The project is equipped with Transfer Tech's self-developed Epic Eye Laser L 3D industrial camera, which has anti-light interference capability up to 120,000 Lux and can easily image under direct sunlight. The camera overcomes the high reflectivity of PE materials and has a working distance of 1200-3000 mm, applicable to almost all manufacturing scenarios such as loading and unloading, positioning and assembly, and depalletizing.

Intelligent Perception Layer

• Integrated deep learning algorithm library supports dynamic recognition of 6 wheel hub sizes, with fast model switching response time.

• The system completes algorithm mapping within 2.1 seconds and can identify workpiece orientation, workpiece type, and provide error-proofing alarms.

Flexible Operation Layer

• A single gripper system is compatible with 65 mm closed diameter and 75 mm and above wheel hub inner diameter, using a preload dynamic adjustment module to ensure stable gripping of different size wheel hubs.

• Dynamic parallel computing technology: robot arm motion and visual second scan are performed simultaneously, reducing single cycle time and significantly increasing production capacity.
