This production line involves feeding bulk materials into reactors or hoppers. Traditional manual depalletizing and bag feeding are inefficient, pose safety risks, generate dust, and result in higher costs.


By using Transfer Technology’s 3D vision to guide robot arms, materials are fed into reactors or hoppers with bag splitters or automatic unpacking machines. This minimizes human intervention, lowers labor costs, and improves production efficiency.

This project uses the Epic Eye D-L 3D camera and Epic Handling vision system. Stack dimensions are 1.3 × 1.3 m with a height of 2 m, containing four bag types with different sizes and patterns. The system has been running steadily, achieving a bag recognition rate of 99.9%.
