Project background

Bicycle manufacturing industry is a mass production of mechanical processing industry, production line there is a large number of workpiece loading and unloading demand. As a kind of daily mechanical product, the production of bicycle must control the cost to seek competitive advantage. Traditional manual loading and unloading efficiency is low, labor cost is high, difficult to recruit workers.

The customer chose the migration technology 3D visual guide robot arm to replace the manual loading and unloading of pipe parts, which greatly improved the efficiency of the production line, and the effect was far beyond the expectation. A number of sets of products re-purchased in the second phase are in continuous and stable operation, and have been highly praised by customers.
