With the increase in production demand, the traditional electronic control box loading and unloading speed has been unable to meet the needs of rapid production, intelligent transformation can significantly improve production efficiency. In addition, the adaptability and flexibility of manual loading and unloading are limited for controller boxes with complex shapes or different sizes.

There are 4 kinds of electronic control boxes of different specifications on the customer's production line, and the system needs to accurately identify and handle boxes of various sizes, which puts higher requirements on the design of the algorithm. In addition, electronic control boxes often contain sophisticated electronic components that can be very sensitive to shock and vibration. In the automated handling process, if the grasp, placement or transportation operation is not smooth, it may cause damage to the internal components.

    Small size

    The Migration technology camera Epic Eye S-M Air is compact and mounted on a robotic arm, enabling "eye on hand" flexible operation mode. The camera has high accuracy, and the robot is guided to accurately insert the positioning pin into the pin hole for the small size of the pin hole.

    The repetition accuracy of the customer's field vision system is maintained within ±0.5mm, and the intelligent AI algorithm can calculate whether the materials meet the placement conditions, avoid problems such as misplacement and collision, and improve the overall efficiency of the production line.

    After the project upgrade, the vision system beat is maintained within 7 seconds, and the fast and accurate visual feedback helps the equipment perform tasks more stably, reduces production interruptions caused by identification errors, and greatly improves the loading and unloading efficiency.
